Havana is a very high yielding Group 4 feed wheat.
It has excellent disease resistance, particularly to both yellow and brown rusts and Septoria tritici.
Havana has the added benefit of reistance to OWBM.
Over two years of trials Havana has produced very high yields, both treated and untreated.
Although a Group 4 wheat, Havana has a HFN as good as a milling wheat and produces large, bold grain.
Havana shows good resistance to lodigng. It has similar maturity to Oakley.
Havana has good resistance to all diseases, particularly both yellow and brown rust and mildew.
