Linseed

Senova has been engaged in linseed development and variety introduction since the early 1980s, and whilst the market is price volatile the crop can offer growers viable options, either spring or winter sown.

Senova were responsible for the introduction of winter linseed, which unfortunately was a casulty of agricultural reforms. New varieties will, however, push forward the performance and reliability of winter linseed.

Linseed is a flexible crop with a wide sowing window and is popular in baking and confectionery.
