Two-row Feed with Six-Row Yields
Bordeaux is a very high yielding two-row feed barley with superb grain quality.
The appeal of Bordeaux is obvious, with superb treated UK yields, at 103%, approaching those of six-row hybrid barleys.
It performs well in all regions.
Importantly, Bordeaux has a very high specific weight and low screenings, an important consideration for the feed market. It also boasts early maturity and stiff straw.
