Rannoch is an exciting new winter husked oat RL Candidate for 2025.
It is a Mascani cross but produces significantly higher yields.
It has an excellent kernel content and importantly, low screening losses.
Rannoch has taller, but stiff straw and a very good disease resistance profile, with a 5 rating for mildew and an 8 for crown rust, higher than any recommended variety.
