High Quality Established Variety
Gerald's consistent yields, good field characteristics and top quality combine to ensure it remains a popular variety choice for growers, although it is now being superseded.
As with other quality oats from IBERS, Gerald gives low screening losses and has a high kernel content. It is well accepted by the oat millers.
